What They Do
Variety — the Children's Charity of Greater Kansas City — provides adaptive bikes, retrofitted toys, and specialized equipment to children with disabilities. The organization gives kids the freedom to play, move, and participate in the world around them — things most families take for granted but that require specialized support for children with physical and developmental challenges.
Why It Matters
Every kid deserves to ride a bike, play with a toy, and experience the joy of movement. Variety KC matters because it removes the barriers — financial and practical — that stand between children with disabilities and the simple experiences that build confidence, independence, and joy.
Our Involvement
Event participation, fundraising, and hands-on support for adaptive equipment programs. Contributing to the direct delivery of adaptive equipment that changes kids' daily lives.
